Acceptance

By using VectorArtGen, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

VectorArtGen provides tools for generating vector-style images from prompts, plus auxiliary tools that can convert imported raster images into SVG paths. Results vary by prompt, model, settings, source quality, and image rights. You are responsible for reviewing each output before use.

Image Rights

You must own or have permission to use any prompt, reference image, source image, brand asset, or other input you provide. You may not use VectorArtGen to infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Output Ownership and Commercial Use

VectorArtGen does not claim ownership of your prompts, source images, or generated output. You may use the output commercially when you have the necessary rights to your inputs and when the configured AI provider terms allow that use.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your account and credentials. Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with operation, upload malware, or attempt unauthorized access.

Payments

Vector Pro is billed in advance at the displayed price and interval. You can manage eligible subscriptions from account billing settings. Payment providers may apply their own terms.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every prompt or image will produce a suitable result.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorArtGen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
